Your Impact Consulting and accompanying organizations in the BORS\-environment (police, fire brigade, rescue services, civil protection, command staffs, authorities) with strategic, organizational and operational questions. Management and control of projects and transformation endeavors in the BORS\-environment, especially in cross-organizational constellations with high requirements for coordination, reliability and impact. Analysis and further development of cooperation\- and deployment structures (e.g., leadership organizations, training\- and deployment organizations, interfaces between BORS\-partners) to improve performance in everyday life as well as in special and extraordinary situations. Conception and implementation of digitalization\- and innovation endeavors in the BORS context, for example in the areas of deployment support, situational picture, communication or process automation. Active co-design and further development of our service offering in the area of security / BORS, especially through the deepening and further development of relevant topics such as resilience, crisis management, staff training and cross-organizational cooperation. Building, maintaining and targeted expansion of your network in the BORS\-environment as well as participation in the acquisition and positioning of CSP as a competent partner in the security sector. Your Skill Set Several years of experience (approx. 5 years or more) in consulting and/or project management – ideally in the Public Sector, BORS\-environment or in state-affiliated organizations (see our core industries). Sound understanding of the BORS\-environment and its specific challenges, processes and stakeholders as well as a strong network with the ability to use this specifically for market development, acquisition and the positioning of CSP in the security and BORS\-environment. A university or university of applied sciences degree is an advantage, but not a requirement. Decisive are specialist knowledge, experience and proven impact in practice. Affinities to digitalization, IT and Artificial Intelligence as well as interest in their application in the public environment. Experience in conceptual, strategic, advisory and operational activities, e.g., in moderating workshops, creating target-group-oriented analyses and reports as well as the development of strategies and implementation roadmaps.
