What you do with us

• Scheduling, creation, and sending of orders
• Monitoring and tracking of order confirmations
• Early and proactive implementation of measures in case of deviations with internal and external stakeholders
• Close coordination with the responsible Strategic Procurement in case of escalations
• Reminding and demanding due delivery dates
• Processing of commercial complaints
• Monitoring of stock levels for the assigned product groups to ensure optimal management
• Maintenance and updating of order-related data in the SAP system
• Loading and processing of work in progress and workflows in day-to-day business

What you bring

• Completed technical or commercial training EFZ, as well as several years of experience in purchasing
• Technical understanding is an advantage (reading of construction drawings)
• Solid user knowledge in the SAP MM module incl. scheduling
• Proficient handling of common MS tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Team-oriented personality with a proactive way of working
• Planning and organizational skills as well as conceptual competence, solution-oriented
• Very good German skills (level B2) and English skills (level B1) are an advantage
