Construction Manager Building Construction (w/m) 100%

For an established and dynamic company in the construction industry, we are continuously looking for a committed personality to strengthen the team as a Construction Manager in Building Construction – immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: In this responsible position, you will work independently within a young, competent project team and will be significantly involved in the realization of demanding new construction and renovation projects. You will act as the central interface between architects, specialist planners, specialists, and contractors on site. Your area of responsibility includes: Collaboration from the planning phase to realization Preparation of tenders and awards Construction management and coordination on site Cost control and construction accounting Accompanying warranty work Your profile: Completed training as a building draughtsman, construction manager, building technician TS, architect FH or equivalent Experience in the field of residential, administrative, and commercial buildings is an advantage Strong organizational skills as well as coordination and negotiation skills Independent and structured way of working Assertiveness and sense of responsibility Good IT user knowledge Enjoyment in working with various stakeholders Motivated and willing-to-learn personalities from related professional fields are also welcome.
