Your tasks

In this versatile role, you will undertake the independent care and management of real estate and work closely with internal specialists as well as external partners.

Your tasks include:

• Independent management of residential and commercial properties
• Care and advice for tenants
• Contact person for owners, service providers, craft businesses, and other partners
• Organization and execution of apartment and property inspections as well as handovers
• Creation and processing of rental agreements and contract amendments
• Processing of tenant concerns and damage cases
• Collaboration on utility cost statements, budgeting, and reporting

Your profile

You have sound training and experience in real estate management. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and appreciate a versatile working environment.

Ideally, you bring with you:

• Federal Diploma of Higher Education as a Real Estate Manager or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Good knowledge of Swiss tenancy law
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Professional and service-oriented appearance
• Joy in working with different stakeholders
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with real estate management software is an advantage
• Proficient German in speaking and writing
