Service Staff / Assistant

We are looking for an open-minded and independent personality with a down-to-earth attitude for our newly opened restaurant Alchimia.

Your tasks:

• Serving and advising guests at the bar and table service
• Professional advice to guests regarding the offering
• Ensuring a smooth and professional service process
• Personal commitment at tastings and events
• Compliance and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines as well as general tidying and cleaning work
• Creating service billing and closing

You bring with you:

• Experience in the preparation of drinks
• Experience with table service
• Language skills: German is important, English and Italian skills are an advantage
• Shifts are on the weekend and, if necessary, during the week
