For our client, a company specialized in the watchmaking field in Genève, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager (M/F) at 100%.

Your tasks at your new employer

• You build and deploy the preventive quality assurance approach within the Casting and Preparation scope by integrating the most demanding industrial standards
• You lead risk analyses and coordinate action plans to resolve critical points while proactively leading cross-functional teams
• You qualify new products and processes, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• You actively contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement projects in order to optimize processes, productivity, and the quality of deliverables
• You provide methodological and operational support on quality tools and approaches, sharing your best practices with the teams
• You collaborate closely with internal and external suppliers and ensure fluid communication with all quality contributors

You offer to your new employer

• You have a degree from a HES/EPF or equivalent with a quality orientation, and possess solid experience in leading cross-functional projects
• You possess in-depth knowledge of preventive and curative quality management tools such as AMDEC, 8D, QRQC, MSP, and internal audits
• You master English orally and in writing, and notions of German or Italian constitute an additional asset
• You are rigorous, autonomous, capable of synthesizing information and making structured decisions in a demanding environment
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of communication and leadership, facilitating group animation and inter-departmental collaboration
