As part of the development of our Technical and Maintenance Department, and more specifically its Maintenance Contracts service, we are looking for a professional ready to take on new challenges: ### Versatile roofing team leader (M/F) Reporting to the Maintenance Contracts service, you will work in a pair with a collaborator whom you will supervise. Together, you will intervene on a portfolio of buildings under maintenance contracts, located mainly in the canton of Geneva: periodic inspections, preventive maintenance, and roof repairs. You will be the link between the field and the project manager, and the face of Cerutti to our clients on site. Your missions: * You organize the day of your partner: objectives, task distribution, respect for schedules and regulations. * You carry out maintenance interventions (cleaning of gutters and downpipes, inspection and replacement of roofing elements, small tinsmithing and waterproofing repairs) according to the rules of the art. * You prepare your rounds: checking equipment, ordering materials within the defined framework, optimizing travel between sites. * You apply and ensure the application of safety rules and the wearing of PPE, and you stop any work presenting a danger. * You establish a reliable assessment of the state of the roofs (photos, observations) and report defects and work to be planned to the project manager. * You are the interlocutor for our clients on the ground (agencies, concierges, residents): you inform them, you listen to them, and you pass their requests up to the project manager. * You accompany your teammate on a daily basis and contribute to their progress. * You ensure the monitoring of hours and materials and transmit intervention documents every week. Your profile: * You hold a CFC in roofing or an equivalent diploma, and you have several years of experience in the trade. * Experience in roof maintenance or supervision is an asset. * You are versatile: roofing is your trade, tinsmithing and waterproofing are not foreign to you. * You know the canton of Geneva and the professional practices common there. * You demonstrate leadership, exemplary behavior, and good organizational skills. * You are reliable and know how to work autonomously, in a relationship of trust. * You have a sense of service and a neat presentation: you often intervene on occupied sites, in direct contact with our clients. * Safety is non-negotiable, for you as for your teammate. Valid training for working at heights is required. * You are comfortable with digital tools (smartphone, tablet) to document your interventions. * You hold a category B driver's license.
