• Customer relationship manager: You welcome our customers at reception and ensure the first contact, both by telephone and in person on-site

What you bring ##

• Professional training and commercial expertise: You have automotive technical training, such as automotive specialist CFC or automotive mechanic CFC, and have good commercial knowledge as well as several years of professional experience as a service advisor
• Electromobility connoisseur: You have experience in electric mobility and a good understanding of high voltage
• Service expert: You are sociable, like to approach people, and impress with your advisory competence and persuasiveness
• Mindset master: You are resilient, manage stress positively, and always maintain a positive mindset. Your customer orientation as well as your expertise and your passion for the automotive sector form the perfect mix
• Communicator: Ideally, you have solid knowledge of English and can express yourself confidently
• IT connoisseur: You have an affinity for digital processes, virtual communication with customers, and the use of AI tools
• Driving expert: Valid driving license category B
