You will evolve alongside an experienced site manager who will accompany you in your skill development within a company that relies on stability, trust, and the quality of its projects. Site Manager - CDI # About the role ### You will join the team in charge of the realization of an important industrial project with a duration of approximately two years. Supervised by a senior site manager, you will ensure the daily monitoring of the construction site, coordinate the various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and quality standards. This opportunity is ideal for a civil engineer wishing to develop their skills in site management within a human-sized company. Tasks ## Technical, administrative, and financial supervision of an industrial construction site, from the impregnation phase to final delivery. • Familiarize yourself with the technical file and project requirements • Ensure the daily monitoring of work progress on the ground • Control the conformity of the work with the plans and current standards • Participate in site meetings and ensure the follow-up of actions • Coordinate companies and the various trades • Anticipate site needs and resolve technical issues • Progressively manage certain lots (waterproofing, facades, etc.) • Participate in the monitoring of the schedule, costs, and financial progress of the project We are looking for ### • Civil Engineering degree (EPFL, INSA or equivalent training) • Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written • Valid driver's license • Good organizational and coordination skills • Strong interest in site monitoring and site management An asset if you possess • Knowledge of MS Project software • Mastery of Messerli software • First successful experience in site management To succeed in this function, your personal skills are the following : • Organized and rigorous • Curious and motivated to learn • Proactive and autonomous • Comfortable in communication with the various stakeholders • Capable of keeping a global vision while being attentive to details Our recruitment process ## This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work and our client wishes that all questions concerning the position be addressed to Academic Work.
