Maintenance Technician (M/F) - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission Do you wish to evolve in a high-tech industrial environment where maintenance plays a key role in the performance of production equipment? For one of our clients, a leading player in Swiss industry, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician (M/F) to strengthen the maintenance teams. Within a demanding environment, you will ensure the availability and reliability of production and logistical equipment while contributing to its continuous improvement. Your responsibilities: - Diagnose faults and perform corrective maintenance interventions. - Carry out preventive maintenance operations to ensure the reliability of the installations. - Participate in the improvement of equipment and propose optimization solutions. - Coordinate interventions with suppliers and ensure order follow-up. - Collaborate with different departments to improve the performance of production means. - Ensure follow-up of interventions, the updating of work orders and the associated reporting. - Ensure compliance with safety standards and current procedures. Your profile \- ES Technician diploma in industrial systems, microtechnics or training deemed equivalent. - Solid knowledge in electrotechnics, mechanics and automation. - Mastery of numerical controls (Fanuc, Siemens or equivalent). - Good mastery of IT tools, ideally SAP and an industrial maintenance environment. - Analytical spirit, method and ability to solve technical problems. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with various interlocutors. - Knowledge of English and/or German is an asset. - Available to work in shift patterns (2x8).
