About the position As a foreman in the GI Valves factory in Turgi or Seon, you take on a central role in daily production control. You coordinate operational activities within the team and ensure that assembly, testing, and logistics processes run efficiently, safely, and in a quality-oriented manner. You are the direct contact person for employees and work closely with production management and other interfaces. Your commitment significantly contributes to achieving our production goals and continuously improving. In addition to coordinating activities, you actively work in the assembly process.
