A committed training company, it has more than ten apprentices in different trades and sectors. In continuity with its training mission, TMR wishes to welcome: POLYMECHANIC APPRENTICE THE PROFESSION OF POLYMECHANIC The CFC polymechanic manufactures, assembles and restores high-precision mechanical parts and assemblies using conventional and numerically controlled machine tools. At TMR, they contribute to the maintenance of railway rolling stock as well as the maintenance of technical equipment. Based on technical drawings, they perform machining operations, set up and program machines, and then control the quality of the produced parts. They also participate in the assembly, disassembly and overhaul of mechanical components, in compliance with tolerances, quality requirements and safety rules. Thanks to their technical know-how, they contribute to the reliability, availability and safety of vehicles and installations. PROFILE • Marked interest in mathematics - level 1 (advanced) in mathematics recommended • Sense of organization and precision • Technical understanding • Manual dexterity • Good team spirit and sense of responsibility • Motivated, rigorous and curious to learn PROCESS 1. Submit a complete application file (cover letter, CV, report card) 2. You are preselected? Time for immersion If your application is preselected, you will be invited to participate in a three-day immersion internship within TMR SA. This experience will allow you to concretely discover your future working environment, meet the teams and familiarize yourself with the profession as well as the training offered. 3. Highlight your qualities and your motivation At the end of these three days, TMR SA evaluates the applications and makes its decision. 4. Last step: welcome to the adventure! Once all validations are obtained, you can sign your employment contract with TMR. And off you go! Your training journey can then begin, with concrete experience, skills to develop and a future profession to build.
