The challenge

For a campaigning agency with a client base in the fields of environment, culture and education, the head office in the Northwest Switzerland region is looking for a competent and dedicated

per 1. January 2027 or by arrangement

Your tasks

• Planning and implementation of the communication strategy of the campaigns, according to customer specifications
• Media work: Drafting and sending press releases, coordination of communication from sections, partner organizations and stakeholders
• Support and further development of websites, newsletters and social media channels (content, editorial plan, community management), in cooperation with the head office team
• Conception and production of campaign material: argumentation, flyers, advertisements, posters, videos – including management of external agencies and service providers
• Organization of press conferences, events and actions
• Monitoring of the public debate and success control of the measures

Your profile

• Completed training in the field of communication, journalism, political or environmental sciences
• Several years of experience in public relations, campaigning or journalism
• Confident sense for topics, timing and sharpening as well as concise writing
• Proficient in social media, web content management and classic communication tools
• Good knowledge of the Swiss political system and direct democracy
• Personal connection to the environment; enjoyment of a controversially conducted debate
• Excellent German in spoken and written form, very good French; Italian is an advantage
• Independent, resilient, team player and mobile – ideally with your own vehicle
• Readiness for a multi-year commitment
