The contribution you can make

• Constantly examine regulatory requirements regarding therapeutic agents and ensure that changes are reflected in processes, documentation, and training
• Constantly manage and improve central quality processes, such as change control, deviations, CAPA, and complaints
• Accompany authority inspections and audits from preparation to the sustainable implementation of the resulting measures
• Contribute to shaping the quality management system as well as drafting comprehensive reports (PQR) and management reviews in German
• Promote cross-sectoral quality projects in the environment of therapeutic agents and medical devices as well as GMP and GDP standards

What distinguishes you

• Completed higher education in pharmacy, life sciences, medical technology, or an equivalent specialized sector with further training in quality management
• Practice in the field of the pharmaceutical or medical technology industry, ideally with experience in regulated production or distribution environments (GMP/GDP)
• In-depth knowledge in pharmaceutical quality management; experience in relevant quality processes represents an advantage
• Structured and solution-oriented personality, ability to communicate clearly, and a high sense of responsibility

The Base logistica dell'Esercito svizzero (BLEs) is available to the troops. It provides all logistic services in favor of the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems, and infrastructure of the Swiss Army.
