To support our team in Bern, we are looking for you as our new committed, dynamic and motivated construction management.
Your tasks
As a Construction Manager, you are responsible for all trades in your area of responsibility and coordinate all work according to the schedule specifications and the schedule you have created.
For the contractors commissioned by us, you are a reliable contact person and create the best possible framework conditions for the execution of work.
You can assert yourself and are a role model for commitment towards the participating contractors and craftsmen.
Through efficient control and processing of measurements and invoices, you ensure that services rendered can be settled within the shortest possible time.
You are familiar with the contractual agreements with our partners, enforce them or demand them and check the quality of the work.
You communicate openly internally and are able to develop solutions for problems.
You report to the responsible project or general project manager.
For this demanding task, you bring the following requirement profile
Training in the construction sector and further training as a Construction Manager and/or several years of experience as a Construction Manager.
You are efficient and have a high degree of technical, social and leadership competence.
Despite your skills, you are self-critical and also know your weaknesses.
You are a team player and support your male and female colleagues with your knowledge and skills.
