In order to complete the teams of our Habillage Manufacture based in Saignelégier, we are looking for a Case Assembly Operator.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the assembly of our watch cases and will ensure exhaustive and rapid reporting of issues encountered from a continuous improvement perspective.

Responsibilities

• Aesthetic self-control of components and the finished case
• Mounting and assembly of manufactured watch case elements
• Performance of systematic water resistance tests
• Identify process deviations and report anomalies
• Ensure the maintenance of the expected performance level by respecting production rhythms and requirements.
• Participation in company projects

Profile
With the benefit of a confirmed experience of a minimum of 3 years in the assembly of watchmaking habillage components, you master case mounting operations and the performance of water resistance tests. Rigorous and meticulous, you pay particular attention to the aesthetic and functional quality of the parts.

Proactive and autonomous, your technical curiosity allows you to quickly identify process deviations, to be a source of proposals and to participate actively in the continuous improvement of the workshop. Solution-oriented, you demonstrate a constructive spirit in the face of production contingencies while respecting rhythms.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit, you appreciate versatility and integrate easily into a demanding manufacturing environment, in line with the standards of a Watchmaking House.
