Nursing Specialist HF or FH 20 - 100%
Locations Koppigen and Kirchberg
Tasks
Individual and professional support of our residents as a reference person
Assumption of responsibility as day and house responsibility
Steering of the entire nursing process - from planning to documented quality
Mindful and respectful interaction with our residents and their relatives
Active participation in specialist and project groups
Planning and support of doctor visits
Your strengths
Completed tertiary-level training: HF, FH, DNII, DNI, AKP or PsyKP
Experience in the healthcare sector
Clear and target-group-oriented communication
Enthusiasm for long-term care
Structured, solution-oriented working
High social competence and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
Very good German skills (oral & written)
