For our client, a renowned, internationally active company that develops and implements holistic technical solutions for complex projects, we are looking for a payroll personality with specialist expertise for the 10-member payroll team (at various locations) in an HR Shared Service team; as;
Senior Payroll Specialist Abacus, 80-100%
Your tasks
Processing / (responsibility) of the payroll with approx. 500 HC’s incl. year-end work for the specifically assigned entities
Settlement of withholding tax and social security accounts
Notifications to the social insurance institutions and authorities (entries, exits, mutations, wage data)
Processing of family allowances, loss of earnings compensation and maternity compensation
Processing of accident and sickness notifications via UKA including wage reductions in case of long-term absence (recalculations etc.) and discussions with the affected employees or close cooperation with the HR Business Partners in the branch offices.
Preparation and analysis of statistics and settlements, processing of reporting requests
Partial support in projects (new ERP, implementation)
Deputization of other team members: 10-20% HR administration such as entries, exits, HR support
Your profile
Approx. 8 years of operative experience in the field of payroll. Proficient in payroll accounting; taxes, social insurance and labor law.
Experience in the ERP Abacus or MS Navision is a plus, good knowledge of Excel
Personal responsibility, independent working and strong self-organization skills
Native German, French or Italian is an advantage
