Stiftung dreischiibe is an innovative, non-profit social enterprise. In our versatile service and commercial center in Herisau, St. Gallen and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people with mental impairments at 220 work, training and integration positions. In the day center and in the meeting center in St.Gallen, we promote social integration with 63 visitor places. For the succession of the current job holder, we are looking for a committed, strong-leadership and agogically versatile personality as of 1 April 2027 as Head of Department Day Center 80 % ## The offering of the dreischiibe day center is aimed at people with mental difficulties who wish to find stability, orientation and social contacts through daily structure. A visit to the day center also serves to bridge the gap towards subsequent professional solutions. The focus is on social rehabilitation. As Head of Department, you will actively help shape the technical and strategic further development of the offering and contribute to the sustainable quality of the day center.
