To complete our team, we are recruiting a: Social Educator 70%-80% Your mission: Monitoring of adults and young adults in great difficulty within the framework of a psycho-social support approach and free membership Administrative support related to their files, income management Accompaniment in their professional or training project Management of housing-related issues Support for access to care, prevention, and health promotion Your profile: Having a Bachelor HES degree in social work or an equivalent title Minimum 5 years of experience in accompanying adults in difficulty Experience in the field of addictions and/or psychiatry Knowledge of the Vaud social reintegration system and social insurance Motivation for team work and sense of responsibility Skills in managing complex administrative files Driving license essential We offer you: A varied activity at the heart of societal challenges Compact hours and 8 weeks of vacation Working conditions according to CCT AVOP/Avenir Social Vaud Entry into function: immediately or by agreement Place of work: Morges Are you interested?
