Is Client Engineering, Microsoft Windows and the world of the digital workplace your passion and do you want to be part of a future- and impact-oriented product management team? You will move at the interface between IT and business and are responsible for the product development and design of the digital workplace for around 6-500 employees. For this responsible position, we are looking for an experienced, ambitious person who, together with motivated colleagues, will lead the digital workplace into the future.

Your tasks

• You are responsible for your products in the digital workplace, ensure the transformation into modern solutions, develop them further and ensure their optimal use.
• You develop technical concepts (Epics) for new, future-proof solutions with a focus on Client Engineering, which includes hardware, operating systems, software distribution, virtual clients and security solutions, among others.
• You develop your product further along the lines of user needs and coordinate with interdisciplinary working groups, particularly with architecture, network engineering and IT security.
• You coordinate your agile projects independently, in terms of content and process, and represent your products together with the team in the agile ceremonies.
• You pursue ambitious goals, ensure their rapid implementation and assess the results together with your Business Owners.

Your profile

• You have a university degree and bring very good knowledge of current workplace technologies in the client environment, the Microsoft 365 landscape and cloud services.
• You have already proven your skills in a comparable position in a complex, regulated environment and have very good knowledge of working in agile environments with various stakeholders.
• You score with strong analytical-conceptual skills, a high degree of initiative and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You convince with excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident appearance and do not lose your footing even in a demanding environment.
• Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage.
