Project-/Construction Manager Civil Engineering

PROJECT-/CONSTRUCTION MANAGER CIVIL ENGINEERING (M/W/D) We are looking for a committed and experienced person for the position of Project-/Construction Manager in Civil Engineering (m/w/d) in a renowned and growing engineering office. In this challenging role, you will take responsibility for the successful realization and execution of exciting civil engineering projects. From preparation to cost, schedule and quality control to after-sales service, you are significantly involved in all project phases. You will act as a competent contact person for customers and lead your team in a sovereign and goal-oriented manner. Your tasks: • Realization and execution of civil engineering projects • Flawless and timely creation of quantities and invoicing • Preparation (AVOR) and construction site organization • Cost, schedule and quality control • After-sales service up to warranty work • Responsibility in tendering and procurement • Contact person for demanding customers • Personnel management Requirements: • Completed technical vocational training in the construction industry • Further training as a certified construction manager, technician FH, certified construction manager or equivalent education • Professional experience in construction management and project execution in the field of civil engineering • Initial experience in personnel management is an advantage • Schedule, customer and team-oriented way of working • Good technical understanding with planning and coordination skills • Experience with construction programs such as Messerli and MS Project is an advantage If you meet the mentioned requirements and are ready for a new challenge, Mr. Patrice Cheula is looking forward to receiving your complete application documents.
