KAPEL-S is Europe's leading provider of a unique selection of vintage costume jewelry from the world's most luxurious brands. We specialize in extraordinary pieces from the 1940s to the 2000s and offer exclusive models directly from the runway.

For our stand in the Globus department store on the magnificent Bahnhofstrasse, we are looking for a reliable, motivated, and fashion-conscious new team member with a workload of 30-60%, ideally starting from September 2026.

• Greet discerning customers from home and abroad and ensure they enjoy a special shopping experience.
• You present our outstanding jewelry range and advise our customers on style, color coordination, and fashion trends.
• You prepare sales and complete them.
• You build close relationships with our customers and maintain them long-term.
• You ensure that the stand is always in best condition.

WHAT CHARACTERIZES YOU ##

• Strong customer orientation.
• You are very reliable and trustworthy.
• You have an excellent eye for detail.
• You have a great passion for luxury fashion, jewelry, and art.
• You follow seasonal haute couture collections and trends.
• You have an excellent sense of aesthetics and design (colors and textures).
• You are able to advise customers on composing their outfits with the appropriate jewelry selection.
• You have impeccable manners and a well-groomed appearance.
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English; other languages are a great advantage.
• Experience in retail and sales is an advantage.
