Since March 2024, Caritas Schweiz has been operating asylum centers for families, individuals and unaccompanied minor asylum seekers (MNA) at several locations in the Canton of Zurich on behalf of the Cantonal Social Services Office (KSA). As a result of a replacement, we are looking for an engaged and responsible Center Manager for the MNA center Regensbergstrasse in Zurich Oerlikon. Your tasks * Implementation of the service mandate of the Cantonal Social Services Office Zurich (KSA) on the basis of the individual contract for the location and framework agreement for MNA residential groups as well as other regulations * Responsibility for the accommodation, care, integration and safety of the minor asylum seekers (MNA) * Overall responsibility for personnel planning, personnel leadership and personnel development * Financial responsibility for budgets and cost centers as well as for administrative processes and efficient use of resources * Responsibility for the quality of care, order processing and documentation as well as for the implementation of work processes and structural adjustments * Responsibility for the level-appropriate passing on of information and ensuring internal and external communication * Cooperation with the canton, the guardianship and other partnerships, central specialist department management and other MNA locations Our requirements * University or technical college degree in the social field / business administration or comparable * Further training in business administration and management of NPOs * Proven socio-pedagogical specialist competence as well as work experience in the care of MNA (mandatory requirement) * Specialist knowledge in the asylum and migration sector * Proven personnel leadership experience * Experience in cooperation with authorities and partnerships * Initiative, independence, assertiveness and decisiveness * High resilience and ability to work under pressure * Entrepreneurial and networked thinking and acting * Strong communication skills and German language skills at native level * Intercultural competencies * Conflict intervention competencies Workplace: Canton Zurich Start date: By agreement Caritas offers attractive employment conditions and an open working atmosphere at the pulse of social issues.
