Workload by arrangement. Your tasks You will run our branch independently and take on the operational and economic responsibility for the location. Your versatile area of responsibility includes: Leadership, motivation, and duty scheduling of the team Active customer advice and sales with a high service orientation Responsibility for purchasing, sales, and after-sales service Analysis of sales figures as well as development and implementation of measures for the further development of the location Regular reporting to the management Management of the inventory management system (cash register, warehouse, and orders) Design of an attractive product presentation and a sales-promoting store appearance Maintenance and expansion of the local network (mountain guides, clubs, partners, etc.) Assembly of ski touring bindings as well as minor technical service and repair work Participation in trade fairs, events, and sales promotions Your profile You are a committed personality with a passion for mountain sports and enjoyment of direct customer contact.
