Your field of activity

• You teach our apprentices the masonry trade (primarily raw and facing masonry) from the ground up and pass on your experience in a practical manner
• You actively work on our construction sites and contribute your expertise on a daily basis
• With your commitment, you promote young professionals technically and personally and support them in developing their potential
• As a contact person, coach, and role model, you accompany our apprentices in their development and, together with your team, ensure high-quality construction projects

Your foundation

• You have several years of practical experience as a mason (preferably also as an AC mason); a completed apprenticeship as a mason EFZ is an advantage
• You take great pleasure in dealing with young people and apprentices, accompany them with commitment in their development, and convince with exemplary manners as well as strong social competence
• You read construction plans reliably and work independently, structured, and reliably
• With your high flexibility and commitment as well as good German skills in speaking and writing, you master your daily work routine confidently
