We are looking for an empathetic and qualified person as an HF Registered Nurse in assisted care (internal Spitex) 60 - 100 % starting from 1 January 2027 or by agreement.

You transform care into true encounters. In assisted care, you accompany our residents in a personal and individual manner at their home. With your expertise, your heart, and your humor, you are present daily, support in care tasks, and offer security and comfort. Spitex, but without taking the car - all your interventions take place on our site. You are close to the residents, have short commutes, and at the same time remain a member of a trusted team. Do you also like to transmit your knowledge and your enthusiasm for the profession? Then you are perfectly in your place with us.

Your profile:

• You are an HF Registered Nurse and ideally have professional experience in the Spitex field.
• You like to transmit your knowledge and actively accompany HF students.
• You are flexible and appreciate the variety that each day brings.
• You approach elderly people with warmth and create trust and well-being.
