Childcare specialist 30+ baby group for Thursday   You accompany babies reliably, presenly and with real joy in their development. You offer the smallest ones security, orientation and, if the situation requires it, you act quickly and proactively. You enjoy working independently and proactively. Through natural sovereignty, you succeed in the concept-oriented balance between the needs of children and the requirements of the operation. You create exciting inputs and maintain focus in dynamic moments. You communicate respectfully and self-reflectively. You see new tasks as a chance to develop further and contribute ideas.
