You clarify payment receipts and process non-automatically booked payments. You are responsible for the dunning process until it is handed over to the collection agency. You conduct credit checks for new and existing customers. You check and release orders blocked due to credit limits. You report new customers, limit changes, and relevant information to the credit insurance and prepare balance reports. You monitor credit limits and accompany payment plans. You are the contact person for our locations in all matters related to debtor accounting. You create and maintain customer files in debtor management. You support your team and take on deputy roles within debtor accounting. Training: Commercial basic training as well as further education in finance and accounting or in the business administration sector Personality and work style: reliable, careful, responsible, structured, independent, and discreet Experience: Several years of professional experience in a similar function Languages: German as mother tongue, additional language skills such as French, English, or Italian are an advantage You can expect a responsible and varied activity in a modern company that values quality, commitment, and mutual respect.
