Share What awaits you? ## • Responsibility for your own diverse customer portfolio as well as the targeted expansion of the customer base through active new customer acquisition • Comprehensive consulting of customers on financing issues (housing) as well as on the topics of investing and providing for the future • Development of needs-based financial solutions taking into account the personal goals, needs and life situation of the customers • Collaboration on target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, customer events and representative tasks • Bringing in your own ideas and impulses for the further development and co-design of our bank What do you bring? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking • Several years of broad experience in the private customer sector • Pronounced customer and sales orientation as well as high digital affinity • Enjoyment of direct customer contact, pronounced service willingness and very good communication skills • Team ability, flexibility and resilience
