What you can achieve

• Together with an interdisciplinary team, you design the Switzerland-wide processes for acceptance as well as letter and parcel sorting.
• After targeted induction, you will take responsibility for processes and actively drive further developments in initiatives and projects, thereby helping to sustainably improve the overall system.
• You develop sound concepts and implement the solutions in practice together with those involved.
• You question, analyze, and optimize processes and goods flows with the aim of reducing costs, creating capacities, and at the same time ensuring high process and service quality.
• As a central interface, you act between Marketing, acceptance points, sorting centers, sorting technology, and IT specialists. In doing so, you bring different interests together and develop viable solutions across the entire service delivery process.
• With your negotiation skills and your confident appearance, you lead demanding discussions and coordinations towards success in a goal-oriented manner.

What you bring with you

• You have a higher degree (at least Bachelor FH) in business administration, technology, organization, logistics, or a similar field and want to bring or further develop your passion for process management.
• The development and successful implementation of concepts is one of your strengths. Ideally, you also already have experience in logistics.
• A quick grasp, analytical skills, and an affinity for numbers characterize you.
• Even in demanding negotiations and discussions, you convince through objectivity, tact, and assertiveness.
• You communicate appropriately to the target group on all levels and win the trust of your stakeholders through your open and reliable manner.
• You appreciate a dynamic environment, are flexible to work throughout Switzerland, and have very good German or French skills as well as good knowledge of the respective other national language; English skills are an advantage.
