To lead our Yverdon-les-Bains agency, we are looking for an Agency Manager who shares this sense of dedication and who will know how to transmit this constructive energy to their team to develop the Nord vaudois market. Job Description ## As the driving force of the agency, you assume the following responsibilities: • Dailyly animate, motivate, and coach a team of personnel placement specialists (commercial and technical profiles). • Instill a positive, solution-oriented mindset focused on active listening. • Set individual and collective objectives, and support the team in their achievement. • Ensure the growth of the agency through targeted prospecting and recruitment actions and the loyalty of a local client portfolio. • Be the ambassador of our brand image in the Yverdon region by participating in local economic events. • Identify market opportunities and adapt the service offering (temporary placement, permanent, payrolling). • Guarantee strict compliance with the LSE (Employment Service Act) and collective labor agreements (CCT). We expect ## • Proven experience: you benefit from at least 3 to 5 years of successful experience in the field of personnel placement in Switzerland, ideally with initial experience in team management. • Regional anchoring: you possess an excellent economic network and a very good knowledge of the industrial, artisanal, and commercial fabric of Yverdon-les-Bains and the Nord vaudois. • Interpersonal skills: a natural leader, you communicate in a frank, concise, and positive manner. Your empathy allows you to grow your employees while maintaining a high level of demand. • Entrepreneurial spirit: autonomous, proactive, and endowed with a strong negotiating spirit.
