Administrative/Accounting Consultant - Maternity Replacement

Responsibilities

• Management of general accounting
• Consulting clients on administrative and accounting matters: payroll administration, management of withholding tax and social security contributions, financial year-end closings, invoicing, -
• Support in the preparation of accounting and administrative reports, and in the submission of monthly/quarterly/annual data
• Management of communications with clients via e-mail and telephone
• Issuance and recording of accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices
• Archiving and management of administrative documentation
• Collaboration with external consultants (accountant, auditors, fiduciaries)

Profile

• Diploma or training in the administrative/accounting field
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably gained within a fiduciary
• Solid skills in accounting, invoicing and payroll
• Good knowledge of administrative management software
• Excellent command of Excel and main IT tools
• Good communication skills and customer orientation
• Precision, reliability and priority management
• Organizational skills and service orientation
