Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people whose physical and psychological integrity is fragile during their life process.

We are looking for our establishment EPSM La Colombière in Hermenches, which welcomes 15 People and is specialized in the field of adult psychiatry:

Health Care Assistant (M/F/D) in permanent position at 80% - EPSM La Colombière

Regardless of their function, the professionals of Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to support People daily to allow them to concretely experience the institutional service strategy "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to enable the well-being and happiness of the People.

As a health care assistant, you accompany People in their daily lives by providing basic care, taking into account the support project and their level of autonomy. You participate in the Person's support project by ensuring that their environment is adapted to their needs. You will collaborate interprofessionally by participating in socio-cultural activities. Due to your values centered on humanitude, you establish a relationship of trust with the People and their entourage, by creating a safe environment adapted to their needs.

YOUR PATH - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS

• You hold a Red Cross certificate or an equivalent title
• Driver's license
• Knowledge of the recovery model is a plus
• You are dynamic, attentive, flexible, adaptable and organized
• Your attitude is centered on the well-being of the Person
• Communication, team spirit and the ability to question oneself are qualities that define you
• You master common IT tools (Carefolio) and have a perfect mastery of the French language
