Regional Director (a) Workplace Genève Activity rate 100 % Start date to be agreed What awaits you <br /> • Unite all managers and employees in the region to create a dynamic and engaging work environment • Ensure the development of the team, offering continuous support to promote their professional evolution • Be a strategic advisor to the team, intervening as needed to overcome operational challenges • Define and implement the strategy for the region's long-term growth • Initiate and lead performance improvement and customer satisfaction projects • Implement ISS objectives to ensure exceptional service delivery • Actively manage customer relationships and ensure their sustainable development • Act as an ambassador of ISS to customers in the Geneva region • Ensure the successful development of the customer portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities • Intervene as a mediator when needed to ensure customer satisfaction • Be responsible for achieving the objectives set by ISS Suisse and Romandie • Define and respect the budgets allocated to the region • Monitor monthly financial results, control and analyze costs • Implement actions to improve the region's profitability and financial efficiency <br /> What you bring <br /> • Holder of a university degree in management • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position with a strong customer focus • Excellent professional network, ideally in the Facility Management sector • Perfect mastery of French, very good knowledge of English and/or German, a strong asset • Excellent communication skills and relational ease • Open-minded personality with a strong capacity for resilience in the face of challenges • At ease in complex, changing and demanding environments • Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts • Constructive approach to fluctuations inherent in the industry • Excellent analytical, synthesis and decision-making skills • High stress resistance <br /> Ready for us?
