Our client is looking for a Quality Controller to strengthen its teams as part of a temporary mission,
You guarantee the conformity of watch movements by performing rigorous controls and ensuring the monitoring of associated flows, while respecting quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

Main responsibilities
You perform the aesthetic and functional control of watch heads, movements, and components according to established procedures and current quality standards.
You identify any non-conformities, analyze the defects observed, and decide on the actions to be taken in accordance with defined directives.
You ensure the recording and monitoring of control results in the dedicated IT systems.
You manage the administrative and IT processing of products, from their receipt to the monitoring of parts requiring intervention.
You share quality information with the various interlocutors and contribute to activity reporting.
You support production teams by providing your expertise during the identification of defects or quality issues.
You actively participate in continuous improvement processes by proposing solutions aimed at optimizing methods, tools, and control standards.
You demonstrate versatility by occasionally providing your support to final control or watch assembly activities.
Your profile
Technical or watchmaking training (AFP Watchmaking Operator or equivalent).
TQ1 training, an asset.
Experience in watchmaking quality control.
Good mastery of reading plans and control tools.
Knowledge of watch products, movements, and watches.
Comfort with IT tools, SAP being a plus.
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
