FOR OUR CMS DES SPÉCIALISTES, WE ARE RECRUITING A: DIETITIAN AT 60-70% on a 9-month fixed-term contract
YOUR MISSIONS
Planning and coordination of services: Design and implement adapted nutritional counseling services, in collaboration with the case manager, to meet the specific needs of clients.
Communication and information sharing: Ensure a multidisciplinary approach by recording relevant information in client files and facilitating collaboration between the various stakeholders involved.
Evaluation of the quality of meal services: Supervise meal services for CMS clients, ensure the quality of meals delivered to homes, and perform rigorous monitoring.
Expense management: Evaluate costs related to specific diets for the CCAVS, taking into account complementary benefits for the clients concerned.
YOUR PROFILE
Holder of a HES diploma from a Swiss school of dietetics or equivalent, supplemented by at least two years of experience in this role.
In addition to an evident interest in advanced age and home care, you have the capacity for initiative while working in a multidisciplinary environment. Flexibility and rigor are some of your assets.
You like change, possess a driver's license and a personal vehicle.
