Your versatile tasks include:

• pedagogical, personnel, organizational and administrative management of the school
• customer acquisition and consultation
• leadership of the teaching staff and administrative staff
• ensuring teaching quality at the school
• further development of the specific profile of the school
• co-responsibility for the implementation of the strategy as a member of the extended management
• information and communication internally and externally

We expect:

• pedagogical training at primary, secondary or gymnasium level with experience in teaching
• training and/or experience as a school director, possibly experience at the level of level management or in a comparable management function
• German or English as a native language as well as good command of the respective other language
• inspiring leadership qualities
• excellent communication and organizational skills
• proven strength in working and cooperating with different actors

and stakeholders

• entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for organizational connections and resilience
• experience in an international environment is an advantage
