Your role is diverse and exciting You lead a motivated team of 9 employees (6.5 FTE) and manage our company strategically and operationally. Your tasks are varied: Strategy development, financial planning, and personnel issues Customer acquisition and business development Maintenance of relationships with partners and markets Innovation and efficiency optimization The focus is on sales and field service - here you are the driving force, innovator, and role model.
