What you do ##

• Together with a dedicated team of MPAs, midwives and gynecologists, you jointly care for the patients of the women's clinic at the Schüpfen location
• Typical tasks: telephone contact, reception and appointment scheduling, preparation of patients for consultations with weight and blood pressure measurements, blood collection etc.
• Administrative work such as registering reports, patient management also via email, (KISIM, Synedra) you complete with pleasure and efficiency. Structured working is a matter of course for you
• You are familiar with the field of tasks of a dynamic practice
• Contact with patients and the professional execution of treatment nursing activities are your priority

What distinguishes you ##

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant (for foreign diplomas SRK recognition mandatory)
• Professional experience in an outpatient clinic or doctor's practice in Switzerland is strictly necessary
• Confident IT application skills (e.g. MS Office, KISIM, etc.)
• High social competence and personal responsibility as well as patient orientation
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, openness and joy in human contact as well as resilience
• Willingness for occasional substitutions at the Medin and SZB locations
• Native German or French, with good knowledge of the other language (at least level B2)
