R&D Control Hardware Team Lead

The position leads a team of development specialists in the field of control hardware for medium voltage drives and is responsible for their lifecycle.

Tasks

• Leadership and technical guidance of a team of hardware and firmware specialists
• Coordination of the electronics development process from requirements to maintenance
• Ensuring efficient processes with local and global engineering teams
• Performance of personnel management tasks such as recruitment and personnel development
• Cooperation with Product Management, Service and Product Engineering

Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Experience in the development of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and electronics
• Experience in project management and/or electronics development
• Strong organizational and strategic skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
