Sub-project Manager Electrical Rail Vehicles

You will assume technical responsibility for the development and construction of electrical systems for rail vehicles and provide technical leadership to the participating system engineers.

Tasks

• Technical development and construction of electrical systems for rail vehicles
• Development of high-quality products according to customer specifications, laws, and standards
• Planning and ensuring project-related budget and schedule targets
• Technical leadership of the system engineers in coordination with the overall project management
• Requirements management from customer and certification requirements to customer acceptance
• Creation of technical concepts and specifications
• Support for purchasing during supplier negotiations

Profile

• Completed technical education at university level (Fachhochschule)
• Several years of professional experience in the project area or in the design of technical systems
• Willingness to travel up to 20 percent
• Very good German skills
• English skills at C1 level
• Further languages an advantage
