For one of our clients in the Canton of Bern, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ (female) / an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ (male) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Holistic care and support of the residents in long-term care
• Implementation of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Support of the registered nursing professionals in the nursing process
• Implementation of medical prescriptions as well as performance of medical-technical tasks
• Professional documentation of nursing services in the electronic nursing dossier
• Promotion of the independence and quality of life of the residents
• Appreciative cooperation with relatives as well as interdisciplinary professionals
• Participation in ensuring high nursing quality as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills, and empathy
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
