Allrounder

Die Jugendherberge St. Moritz is looking for an allrounder with a workload of 40% - 100%.

Your tasks:

• Cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glasses and kitchen equipment
• Operation of dishwashers as well as professional hand washing
• Cleaning and maintenance of the scullery as well as adjacent work areas
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
• Support of the kitchen team in the preparation of salads and desserts
• Preparation of the breakfast buffet (setup, refilling, checking)

Your profile:

• Reliable and independent way of working
• Friendly, service-oriented appearance towards guests
• Teamwork skills and flexibility
• Willingness to work early shifts as well as weekend and holiday work
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness is an advantage
• German language skills are an advantage, but not mandatory
