As a 100% subsidiary of the Mieter-Baugenossenschaft Basel, which has been providing cooperative living space for almost 100 years, MBG Verwaltungs AG manages its entire real estate portfolio. These demanding services are also offered to external partners with a cooperative background, according to their individual needs.

Employee Marketing & Communication (80-100%)

Your tasks include

• Implementation and support of all marketing and communication measures internally as well as for third parties
• Development, support, and maintenance of various communication channels, especially social media, as well as maintenance and further development of the homepage
• Elaboration and implementation of targeted measures for new customer acquisition as well as for customer support in the field of marketing
• Collaboration in the further development of the department and optimization of existing processes
• Planning, creation, and preparation of brochures and other communication tools including content, image selection, and layout review
• Examination, elaboration, and implementation of cooperations
• Cooperation with external advertising agencies and other partners
• Support in first-level IT support and with IT-related requests from employees
• Elaboration, control, and compliance with the marketing budget

You bring with you

• Commercial basic training with further training in the marketing field (FA Marketing, dipl. Marketingmanager:in HF) as well as professional experience in the field of marketing
• You are a creative personality, who however does not shy away from conceptual work
• You enjoy a versatile field of tasks, think ahead, and maintain an overview
• You are an organizational talent with a structured, independent, and precise way of working
• You have stylistically confident German skills in speaking and writing
• Basic knowledge in the IT field and interest in digital topics is an advantage
