Team Leader inpatient youth residential group (80-90 %)

Your tasks

• You have comprehensive case responsibility for seven adolescents and young adults, involving their living and developmental spaces; furthermore, you conduct the respective progress meetings.
• You coach your residential group staff in parental cooperation with a systemic focus.
• You lead, support, and qualify in personnel processes.
• You take over quality assurance within the offering and participate in the management committee and specialist groups.
• You lead team meetings, participate in supervisions as well as systemic and psychiatric specialist and case counseling.
• You accompany aspiring social educators during their training.

Your profile

• You have a degree in social pedagogy/social work (FH/HF) or a comparable qualification with professional experience in the inpatient sector.
• You already have leadership training or are interested in completing one.
• As a trustworthy person, you encounter people appreciatively and shape relationships with commitment and clarity.
• In conflicts, you act with composure and decisiveness.
• You work in a solution-oriented manner and approach even challenging situations with a pinch of humor.
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and it gives you joy to work both in leadership and in social pedagogy.
• In addition to office days, you also appreciate irregular working hours (evening, some night, and few weekend shifts).
