Missions
Reporting to the General Management, you take responsibility for all accounting and financial activities of the company:
Management of general and cost accounting
Execution of monthly, quarterly and annual closings
Production of financial reporting and performance analysis
Management of treasury and tax matters
Preparation of budgets and monitoring of forecasts
Participation in the continuous improvement of financial processes
Supervision and development of an accounting employee
Support of the Management in strategic and operational reflections
Candidate Profile
Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting desired or training deemed equivalent (Bachelor, Master or comparable title)
Good knowledge of Swiss accounting, taxation and financial reporting
Perfect mastery of French orally and in writing (C1 level)
Professional English (B2 level) desired
Experience within an SME or a human-sized structure appreciated
Team spirit and sense of collaboration
Pragmatic and operational approach
Excellent interpersonal skills, humility, reliability and sense of responsibility
