Exciting tasks

In this versatile and stimulating role, you are responsible for the commercial development of a client portfolio that you follow with rigor and proactivity. You ensure the administrative management of offers, orders and confirmations, and prepare the seasonal assortment as well as action and promotion schedules every week. You monitor and analyze sales statistics in order to guide your actions and recommendations. In charge of preparing client files, you carry out regular visits to your clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. You also manage national stocks in connection with our production sites in Charrat, Perroy and Sursee, ensuring optimal coordination between production and distribution. Furthermore, you will take responsibility for a seasonal product category (apricots, cherries, berries or prunes). Finally, you support the development and implementation of marketing projects (Promotions, Branding) in the Fruit category or for Inoverde.

The sought-after profile

Holder of a CFC as a commercial employee or an equivalent training, ideally supplemented by a commercial maturity or continuing education, you have solid experience in sales, particularly in the agri-food sector. You have a keen interest in commerce and customer relations, and you know how to create lasting bonds thanks to your interpersonal skills, your autonomy and your talent as a negotiator. Organized, resilient to stress and endowed with a good sense of priorities, you know how to evolve autonomously in a demanding environment. Comfortable with IT tools, you are able to leverage them to optimize your activities. Knowledge of German would be an appreciated asset.
