Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the efficient operation and maintenance of municipal buildings and technical installations (HVAC, electricity, security) of the school, kindergarten, and sports facilities assigned within the service perimeter.
• Organization and execution of maintenance and cleaning work.
• Small repairs, seasonal work, supervision and coordination of external service providers.
• Ensuring the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the properties.
• Replacement within the team, on-call service including evening and weekend interventions.

You bring:

• Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a building maintenance specialist or basic artisanal training with professional experience.
• Willingness to undergo continuous training to become a concierge with a federal specialist certificate.
• Technical understanding and experience in building operations.
• Team spirit, assertiveness, service-oriented approach to work.
• Great pleasure in service-oriented contact with clients, partners, and users in the respective field of intervention (education, sport, services, etc.).
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and category B driver's license.
