Attached to l-Ordre judiciaire vaudois, the Tribunal des baux carries out its activity throughout the canton. It is competent for all disputes between landlords and tenants relating to the lease agreement concerning real estate. It is also competent in matters of non-agricultural farm leases.

In order to complete the existing team, the Tribunal des baux, which employs nearly 30 magistrat·e·s and collaborateur·trice·s, is looking for a·n gestionnaire de dossiers spécialisés.

Responsibilities ##

  • Autonomously ensure the management and follow-up of registry files, by mastering the procedures and business processes relating to the field.
  • Analyze and process the different stages of the procedure in connection with file maintenance, verifying that all documents are collected and compliant.
  • Collaborate in the maintenance and planning of hearings, auditions, and consultations by determining the degree of urgency.
  • Manage the handling, routing, and dispatching of various correspondence by setting priorities according to deadlines and legal time limits.
  • Draft certain decisions under the signature of the judge or any other person authorized to do so.
  • Provide service at the counter and on the telephone by informing litigants, avocat·e·s, and partner services about procedures, deadlines, and useful documentation.

Qualifications ##
